Password Lockout

Forget your Password?

Workbench offers a Forgotten Password Service that can help you login if you have forgotten your password. This service is optional and requires a one-time registration. Registration requires the following information:

  • A valid e-mail address on file
  • Answers to eight security questions

You can register by clicking on the Forgotten Password Service Registration link on the Workbench Support page or on the Customize page.

Once registered, you may use this quick and convenient service at any time. Access the service by clicking on the Forgot Your Password? link on the Workbench Login page. Upon successfully answering three of the security questions, you will instantly receive an e-mail with a temporary password. The temporary password is valid for 30 minutes. Please be sure you have timely access to your e-mail before using the Forgotten Password Service.

Note: If you elect to not use the service, contact your Workbench Client Support Group for assistance.

Password Tips

  • Your Workbench UserID is protected by your password. This is your secret password and is used to authenticate you as an authorized user of Workbench.
  • Do not write down your password - memorize it.
  • Do not share your password with anyone. You are accountable and responsible for any activity that takes place under your Workbench UserID and password.
  • Choose a password that is hard to guess. Don't use family names, pet names, or other words that are easily identified. Avoid dates, addresses, and other personal data that can be easily tied to you.
  • Do not give your Workbench UserID or password to any caller requesting it.
